Reading Response to 'Virtual Reality - the last human narrative?'
In this reading the concept of reality is explained by the human creation of time. The example they use for this is the chinese clock which locates itself in a different sequence of time than the western conception of time. Eventually this clock travelled which people when railways means of transportation were built to communicate schedule. This perception of time was build and acknowledged by people all over the world. The reality of rising and setting sun however was never connected to a number nor 24 hours of a 'day'. This is the reality that humans created. Reality can be augmented our selfs then clearly, and even post-human theory is a man made theory that may be abstracted from tradition conceptions of 'human' but will be likely to continue on the history of human evolution.
